It was fun last night at the final weigh-in for The Healthy Charleston Challenge. Guess what? I won the individual competition with the most weight loss, 46.4 pounds in 11 weeks. My team, Access Health Care, Mt. Pleasant came in fourth. That’s fantastic. By the way, my wife Jane has lost 18 pounds by just eating what I did for the last 11 weeks. I’m more proud of her. My prize was a football signed by living members of the NFL Hall of Fame. My main prize is that I’m fit and healthy again. Now the challenge is to stay that way. Here are the results.
