Happy Holidays everyone.  I hope that 2009 will be much better.  It will.  I do have some bad news for those of you that download my podcasts.  Because of the cost of licensing fees (BMI and ASCAP), I will have to discontinue the downloads of the podcast on my web site effective January 1st.  My fees for 2009 are due then and I just can’t continue.  It’s something I truly love providing, but with today’s economy and especially real estate, I am forced to cut back. If things improve during the year, I will make them available again along with new podcasts.  The good news is that you still have time to download any podcasts that you may have missed. http://www.leowindham.com/podcasts.html

I also have some exciting news coming soon about the expansion of my real estate ventures. Stay tuned to this blog for details.  Again, Happy Holidays and I hope that you have the time to spend with family and friends.  I’m on my way to Windham’s Crossroads.  Our family tradition is to get together on Christmas Eve and enjoy the family, friends, food, and great egg nog.
